Incline Village resident publishes second book
Stephen Pearsall, long-time resident of Incline Village, recently released his second novel, “Focus,” which portrays the turbulent events in Southern Africa and Europe from 1960-61.
It was a time when powerful political factions struggled to subvert the Democratic Republic of the Congo’s stability with the use of arms and mercenaries.
The story reopens the unsolved mystery of UN Secretary-General Dag Hammarskjöld’s death in a plane crash in Rhodesia.
“Focus” is available online in paperback from Amazon and Barns & Noble and the Washoe Country and the Sierra Nevada College libraries. Both Nook and Kindle eBooks offer “Focus,” as well as Pearsall’s first novel, “Counterpoint.”
