STATELINE, Nev. — A woman, who had been missing for 12 hours, was found late Thursday afternoon on the roof of Edgewood Golf Resort at Tahoe’s South Shore.

Douglas County authorities reported that April Torres, 34, was transported to Barton Hospital after she was found at 3:30 p.m. by Douglas County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue at the Stateline resort.

Her medical condition is unknown, Sheriff’s Spokesman Sgt. Pat Brooks said.

Her mother reported last seeing her at 3:30 a.m. Thursday at the Montbleu Casino in Stateline.

She was on foot at the time and didn’t have access to a vehicle.

Torres was described as wearing red jogging pants with a white stripe on the side, a gray ski jacket with a spider logo.
