Pop, rock, Top 40 cover band coming to Tahoe City

Relive the 80s, 90s — and enjoy some of the biggest modern hits — when cover band Adrenaline hits Tahoe City Friday night.

Adrenaline is a billed as a “high octane dance band” with an impressive set list that includes many of the greatest hits from now to the 80s.

According to a press release, the band “captures the authentic sounds and energy of the original recordings. This group of highly seasoned musicians has the talent, chemistry and presence to deliver a high-energy performance, bringing to life the magic and essence of your favorite dance tunes.”

Among the group’s setlist are popular hits such as “Pour Some Sugar on Me” by Def Leppard, “Save Tonight” by Eagle Eye Cherry, “All That She Wants” by Ace of Base and “Crazy Bitch” by Buck Cherry.

The band includes Cindy Graf (lead vocals, percussion), Dale Nishizaki (lead guitar, vocals), Sheila Locklear (keys, bass, vocals) and Nathan Rodney (drums, vocals).

The band has performed at several local and regional events, including the 2014 Street Vibrations in Reno.
