Soroptimist wine tasting fundraiser set for June 6

Join Soroptimist International of Truckee Donner on Saturday, June 6, from 5-7:30 p.m. for the 41st Annual Wine and Restaurant Faire at Coyote Moon Golf Course in Truckee.
Local restaurants will offer delectable morsels to pair with your wine tasting. Tickets are $50 in advance and $55 at the door and may be purchased at Dickson Realty, Truckee Donner Chamber of Commerce, Truckee Physical Therapy or online at sitruckeedonner.org.

This year, Soroptimist is also holding a major prize raffle with three significant prizes, including a paddleboard package valued at more than $2,000, a Swiss design stainless steel barbecue grill valued at over $900, and a Squaw Valley | Alpine Meadows Unlimited 2015-16 Pass, valued at $800.
Tickets are $40 and you do not have to be present to win. Tickets may be purchased at Truckee Physical Therapy or Dickson Realty, or from any member of Soroptimist International of Truckee Donner.
Also, this year's silent auction will continue to include a variety of items plus some major items worth thousands.

The Wine and Restaurant Faire is Soroptimist International of Truckee Donner's major fundraiser and provides the funds necessary to fund programs that help women and girls in our local community.
The bulk of our fundraising dollars are spent on local scholarship and education programs and economic and social development programs that enrich and improve the lives of women and girls in our local community.
The Soroptimist International of Truckee Donner holds monthly club meetings on the second Thursday of each month at noon at Zano's Restaurant (11401 Donner Pass Road) in Truckee.
