Truckee’s KidZone Museum to host ‘Science of Bubbles’

Trained as an engineer and lawyer, Sterling Johnson started his act to entertain friends and developed it into a full-blown stage show.

TAHOE/TRUCKEE, Calif. — Bubble master Sterling Johnson will bring his unique “Science of Bubbles” show to the KidZone Museum on Sunday, July 6, 1:45-2:30 p.m.

Tickets are $5 for members and $10 for non-members, on sale at the museum and kidzonemuseum.org.

Johnson has presented his remarkable hand-blown bubbles for more than 45 years. He is the only person to ever put a bubble inside a bubble inside a bubble on stage without any tubes or straws and he is the first person to walk completely through a bubble film. Event sponsors include IMLS and Truckee Hotel. All fees and contributions support museum programs.



The KidZone Museum is located at 11711 Donner Pass Road in Truckee.
