Special to the Sun

TAHOE CITY, Calif. — On Sunday, May 3, the Center for Spiritual Living Tahoe-Truckee will present Andy Harrison and Catherine Bede, in their concert-workshop, “Grow Happy: The 5 Transforming Steps of Lasting Happiness.”

This amazing duo is performing songs from their 13th CD, “Permission to be Awesome,” and covering content from Andy’s book, all of which is designed to help people grow their happiest lives possible.

The music makes use of many of the latest scientific breakthroughs and research on happiness and is written to systematically reverse negative neural connections in the brain which hinder happiness.

Using cutting edge breakthroughs in personal change strategies and over three decades of songwriting experience, Andy Harrison’s Transformational Rock Music is created to offer new possibilities of allowing people to break free from limitations and to permanently experience the excitement, peace, happiness and freedom of being how they choose to be right now and always; and all through listening to music.

The workshop will take place from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Center at 700 North Lake Blvd., Tahoe City, above the marina. Ticket are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. Call 530-581-5117 today to reserve your seat.
