HOMEWOOD ” An unconscious 31-year-old male snowboarder was found by Homewood Mountain Resort ski patrol near the resort’s terrain park at 3 p.m. on Monday, according to Rachael Woods, Homewood public relations.

There were no visible signs of trauma when ski patrol found the man, however, he did remain unconscious while being transported to the Tahoe Forest Hospital, where he is currently admitted, Woods said.

Though found near the Homewood terrain park, Shredwood Forest, the man was nowhere near park features and there was no indication that he was on anything other than the groomed portion of the run, Woods added.
