New lube and oil facility considered on Highway 267
Truckee zoning administrator Tony Lashbrook on Wednesday, June 9, will consider a proposal to build a multiple use lube/oil, car wash and deli business on the southeast corner of Highway 267 and Martis Valley Road.
The meeting begins at 2 p.m. in town council chambers.
The project proposes the construction of a 7,383 square foot floor area structure and the use of two parcels consisting of 1.2 acres.
The next step
The project is reviewed at the zoning administrator level, and will go to the planning commission for consideration only if Lashbrook declines to approve it outright, or if it is appealed.
