Bradley V. Harris
Bradley V Harris, 60, passed away peacefully on July 23, 2015, at Tahoe Forest Hospital after an extended illness. He was surrounded by his family and close friends. His father, Bud H. Harris of Gardnerville, Nevada, preceded him in death in 1994. Bradley grew up in Southern California enjoying fishing trips with his Dad and raising hybrid pigeons. He spent most summers at his grandparents resort on the Colorado River, fishing of course, with his Grandpa. He moved with his family to Incline Village in 1972 where he attended High school and later married his high school sweetheart. He then settled in Gardnerville in 1975 with his family, where his daughter Alisa was born. There, he worked in his fathers shop as a skilled auto painter. On any given day, early in the morning, he could be found with pole in hand along one of his favorite fishing spots. However, his love for Lake Tahoe drew him back in 1998 to Kings Beach where he resided until his passing. Brad made many friends along the way. We all will miss him. Bradley is survived by his mother Dixie Lee Swearingen and step-father Keith Swearingen, daughter Alisa, sisters Sandra Fraga and Kathy Berregon, nephews Kevin and Justin Harris, aunts Patti and Judi and several other nieces and nephews in Nevada.. His family will have a private get together with his friends in remembrance on August 13th at 2:00 p.m.at Secline Beach, Kings Beach, Calif.
