Candis Bullion, age 68 of Georgetown, Texas passed away on March 9, 2015. She was born October 6, 1946 in Bakersfield, California to Richard and Joyce (Roley) Hilty. Candis married Paul Bullion on April 7, 1967 in Alexandria, Louisiana. She worked as an owner/manager for Vacation Property Management in Truckee, California until her retirement in 2003. Candis was a 22 year breast cancer survivor and active in “Casting for Recovery” for cancer survivors. Candy was a loving wife, mother and person. She had an amazing will to approach all of life’s hurdles with incredible fortitude. She will be missed by all she touched. Survivors include her husband, Paul Bullion;step-mother, Lynn Hilty daughter, Erica Caldwell; sons, Richard Bullion, Andrew Bullion (Cindi), Timothy Bullion (Leslie); brother, Timothy Hilty (Liza); sisters, Janis Hilty, Alana Jill Ebner (Chris), Carol Hamrah; 6 grandsons; 2 granddaughters; and 1 great-grandson. She was preceded in death by her parents. Memorials may be made to Breast Cancer Research or the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Candis requested that no service be held, but the family and close friends will hold a celebration of life event at a date to be announced.
