Jean Louise Likarich

June 11, 1956 — December 2, 2016

Jean passed away on December 2nd, 2016 in Reno, Nevada. Born to Albert Likarich and Violet Lamb in Anaconda, Montana. Her father was a school teacher and got a teaching job in Castro Valley, Calif., when she was 5 years old and moved to California, where he had a heart attack and died. Mother Violet, raised Jean and her two brothers Steve and John, who all attended school in Castro Valley, California

In 1976 she moved to the Mt Rose area, then to Kings Beach area. In 1977 she went to work in Squaw Valley and worked there till 1988. Jean then went to work for IBM where she worked for 22 years.

In late 2009 she moved back to the Truckee area. In 2015 she bought and ran Dogshire a pet food and supply store in Glenshire.

Jean loved animals, hiking and life.
