Noreen passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at home, on July 4th, 2016 after a brave and brief battle with cancer.

Noreen Anita Martin was born in Birmingham, England May 12, 1941. She was the oldest of four children born to Henry and Francine Martin. At the age of sixteen, they moved to Los Angeles, California where she graduated from Hollywood High School and fostered her love for the movies, fashion, and Hollywood life. She moved to Tahoe City in 1976 where she raised her family and continued to entertain family and friends at their home in Tahoe. She worked at the Crystal Bay Club coffee shop for many years where she was known for her friendship, style and her handmade Halloween costumes. In 2003, she moved to Moab, Utah where she remained until her death.

Noreen was a unique, one of a kind woman who made an impression on everyone she met and was loved very much. She will be missed deeply by her family. She is survived by her children: Mark (Jennifer) Muller and Mary (Paul) Karls, 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Her sister Pat and her brother Michael (Mona) Martin and many other extended family members.
