Obituary: Nathan Anders Johnson

Nathan Anders Johnson, age 32, of Truckee, Ca lost his life in a tragic sail boat accident on August 2nd 2014. Anders was born at the Queen of the Valley Hospital in Napa, Ca on May 18th 1982 to Timothy and Heidi Johnson.

Anders spent his early childhood in Angwin, Ca and later moved with his family to the Mountain community of Cobb. He graduated from Middletown High School in 2000 where he won many awards as a MVP wrestler.

Anders had a dynamic personality and used his unlimited energy to enjoy every activity and part of nature. Anders became a carpenter like his father and spent the rest of his free time from work riding dirt bikes with his family, rock climbing any face he could find, and shredding the mountain bike trails. He was a fun spirited soul who was loved by everyone.

Anders will be greatly missed by his surviving family, his father Timothy A. Johnson, his mother Heidi Marie Johnson, his sister “princess” Violet Marie Johnson, his grandma “Maffa” Martha Johnson, his Granny Violet Emde, and all of his aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A Service to celebrate his life is planned for 3:00 pm on August 24th 2014 at his childhood tree fort at 61 White Cottage Rd N. Angwin, CA.

A gathering with food and refreshments will follow the service at 445 Bay St., Angwin, CA.
