Obituary: Sally Lou Frazier

Sally Lou Frazier, nee Schmitt, passed peacefully amongst family Thursday, Sept. 17, 2015 at Sutter Roseville Hospital.
Sally taught school at Kings Beach Elementary for 40 years, receiving many awards for her excellence in teaching. After 49 years of marriage Sally lost Cliff to prostate cancer.
With the support of her wonderful friends she remained at Tahoe until 2011. She then moved to a Del Webb community in Roseville for Senior citizens. There she made many friends and was involved in many activities.
She is survived by her son Mitch Frazier of Roseville and grandchildren Ben Frazier of Sacramento and Tracey Frazier of Sacramento. Also by her daughter Kelli Frazier O'Meehan, and Kelli's husband Phillip O'Meehan of Borden Western Australia and grandchild Kori O'Meehan of Perth and Myles and his wife Emily O'Meehan and their daughter, Sally's only great grandchild, Maggie. She is also survived by two sisters, Pat Catalano of Rustburg VA and Sue Ingram of Fort Myers, FL and their children as well as numerous members of her extended family.
A celebration of her life will be held at the North Tahoe Event Center, 8318 North Lake Blvd., Kings Beach, CA, Oct. 4, 2015 at 3.00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either Excellence in Education, PO Box 2951, Truckee, CA 96169, or Team USA (US Olympic Committee).
