Over the course of the next eight months they will be pairing Foie Gras with local farms, foie gras producers, vineyards and other great chefs.The Foie Gras Dinners Part 1:The first of Gluttonyandamp;#8217;s Save the Foie Gras Dinners will take place in North Lake Tahoe Feb. 4, 2012. Join Gluttony as they serve up some of their finest dishes featuring foie gras in all ways and forms. Gluttonyandamp;#8217;s Pastry Chef Heather Boyd promises the people two desserts using the mighty foie gras, in addition to the other five courses of the all foie gras menu from Chef Scott C. Boyd.This is your chance to rub elbows with industry insiders, locals and foie gras lovers alike.
