Eva S. Nichols to teach paints at T-Pots

TRUCKEE, Calif. and#8212; Starting March 15, award-winning artist Eva S. Nichols will be teaching one-day painting workshops at the expanded T Pots Pottery in Truckee. Eva said she couldnand#8217;t ask for a better place to teach: The atmosphere is fun and cheery, the lighting and space is great, a perfect place to explore your creativity.

Danish-born Eva spent 20 years on the Monterey Peninsula before moving to Truckee, where she enjoys the beauty of the High Sierra. Nature is her inspiration, color is her passion, recognizable in her bold use of colors and vibrant paintings. She is an inspiring teacher, creating an environment where students feel free to experiment and explore.

Eva has spent time as an artist in residence at Mendocino Art Center, and she has traveled the world to learn from nationally and internationally acclaimed artists. Aboriginal Australian artists taught her their story painting traditions, also.
