Extraordinary Beer Dinner at Cedar House’s Stella

TRUCKEE, Calif. – Award-winning beer paired with five courses, Friday, Nov. 12, 6:30 p.m. at Stella, 10918 Brockway Road, Truckee. Includes house cured charcuteries and delicious food straight from the hearth with special guest Todd Ashman, master brewer from FiftyFifty Brewery. Enjoy fire roasted acorn squash soup, white bean crostini and house cured pork belly, ash baked beets, feta cheese, capers and lardo, Stella’s brawn with frisee, grain mustard vinaigrette and wood fire sourdough, Lamb’s neck galantine, potato-fig gratan, fried rosemary demi-glace and, for dessert, apple-quince tart, slated caramel, bourbon-vanilla ice cream and espresso salt. Beers include Base Camp Golden Ale, Foggy Goggle Belgian White, Truckee Tripel, Totality Stout and Concentrated Evil. Cost is $55 per person plus tax and service.
