Holiday cooking demo at Coyote Moon to benefit Project MANA

Tahoe Mountain Club is proud to host its annual fund raiser for Project MANA on Dec. 6. at 5 p.m. at Coyote Moon Golf Course, 10685 Northwoods Blvd., Truckee.
Project MANA responds to the emergency food need of the homeless, the elderly, the homebound, families in need, children and single parents. It has also implemented programs to alleviate the causes of hunger and promote nutrition.
All proceeds from the Holiday Cooking Demo go toward Project MANA. Tickets are $60 and are sold at Florians. Included is a six course tasting paired with wines. The emcee of the evening will be Mark Estee from Moodyand#8217;s. Participating chefs include Tom Marrin from Blue Lake Catering, Full Belly Deliand#8217;s catering division, Billy McCullough from Dragonfly, Steve Soule from Soule Domain, Jason DiGuilio from Tahoe Mountain Club, Mike Trombetta from Farm to Belly, David Smith from Cottonwood and Andrew Shimmer from Pacific Crest.
Wine representatives include Ron Florian from Florianand#8217;s, Dean Schaecher from The Pour House, Kali Kopley from Uncorked and Russ and Joan Jones from Truckee Winery. There will be a silent auction along with a live auction with the dynamic duo, Porter and Simon, and live entertainment.
