Mixer and Truckee Donner Chamber Summer Golf Classic slated for June 9

TRUCKEE, Calif. and#8212; The Truckee Donner Chamber of Commerce will hold the 12th Annual Summer Golf Classic, June 9 at Tahoe Donner Golf Course. Immediately following will be a Chamber Mixer at Tahoe Donner from 5 to 7 p.m.
A number of improvements to the course include rebuilding and repositioning of bunkers around the greens, adding new fairway bunkers, expanding fairway corridors and constructing four sets of tee boxes for varying abilities. The Tahoe Donner Golf Course was nominated by Golf Digest in 2007 for best remodeled golf course in the U.S.
Enjoy a day out of the office in the fresh air for networking and a little friendly competition. Whether youand#8217;re highly competitive, or just out for fun, the four-person scramble ensures every golfer has a great time.
Early bird entry fee (before May 26) is $130 for Chamber members; $145 for non-Chamber members; $500 per foursome for Chamber members. After May 26, entry fee is $140 for Chamber members; $155 for non-Chamber members; or $540 per Chamber foursome. The cost includes green fee, cart, lunch and awards ceremonyand#8230; plus the chance to win prizes for skill and fun. Registration will open at 11 a.m. with a shotgun start at noon.
Regular hole sponsorships are available for $250; specialty hole sponsorships for $300 and include one golf spot. Sponsorship includes promotional signage; mention in Truckee Tracks newsletter; name on Official Rules Sheet; press releases; recognition at awards ceremony; opportunity to have your promo materials in every player tote and one golf spot.
