NORTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. andamp;#8212; Camp costs only $50 a week with a current Club membership. There are additional fees for optional field trips. A healthy breakfast, lunch and snack will be provided daily to all participants. Day Camps have weekly themes for all programs and activities andamp;#8212; campers are grouped by age and rotate through various activities all day. Kids First Jazz Breakfast. Featured guests include 2010 Olympic freestyle medalist Shannon Bahrke and 1968 Olympic gold medal Decathlete Bill Toomey. Join other local supporters of the Club for a delicious, fun and inspiring morning. From 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, June 5, local Olympians will grace the Club with their stories of andamp;#8216;GREATNESS.’ Local Olympians participating include Shannon Bahrke, Bill Hudson, Bob Ormsby, Eric Poulson, Bill Toomey, Osvaldo Ancinas, Marcus Nash and Katerina Nash and Glen Jobe. Come and celebrate the accomplishments of these local heroes and help support the heroes of tomorrow andamp;#8212; our Club youth. There is not a ticket price for this event but donations will be taken throughout the event. Please call (530) 546-4324 for more information or to RSVP. Funds raised at the event support crucial youth development programs and services offered to more than 1,000 local families.
