Special to the Sun

TAHOE CITY, Calif. and#8212; North Tahoe Arts is offerings a variety of art activities in May. Located in Tahoe City just above Commons Beach the art center provides a number of ways for adults and children to see and get involved with art. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization it is supported through membership, donations and the sale of art. Generous and much needed grants from the Truckee Tahoe Community Foundation, Tahoe League for Charity, Rotary Foundation, Kiwanis Club and other partnerships assist the organization in its mission. A percentage of art sales support the art center and kids art programs.
