North Tahoe Public Utility District introduces William Stelter

KINGS BEACH, Calif. and#8212; Paul Schultz, the GM/CEO of the North Tahoe Public Utility District announced today Mr. William Stelter, PE has been hired as the Planning and Engineering Manager. Stelter worked the last 10 years as a design and project engineer for Gary Davis Group in Tahoe City and has worked in the civil engineering field for approximately 14 years.
Stelter holds a bachelorand#8217;s degree in civil engineering from Florida Institute of Technology, a masterand#8217;s degree in civil engineering with environmental focus, from the University of Virginia and has extensive local experience in design, project planning, agency regulations and approvals processing In addition, he brings experience as a construction inspector on a variety of utility infrastructure and development projects. He currently holds a civil engineering license in both California and Nevada and is also a professional in erosion and sediment control.
General Manager Paul Schultz noted, and#8220;We are enthusiastic about his experience in project management and utilities to continue to move our Capital Improvement Program forward.and#8221;
Stelter enjoys skiing and biking of all types as well as all other recreational opportunities the area has to offer. Stelter currently resides in Truckee with his girlfriend Marnie and their dog Whisper.
