Whether itand#8217;s learning new cooking techniques, memorable meals, hiking, biking, kayaking, lakeside activities or a combination of culinary and outdoor adventures, Cedar House Sport Hotel has created unforgettable experiences in the Lake Tahoe area. Stellaand#8217;s Winemaker Dinner Series, featuring five-course meals designed by Chef Jacob Burton, kicks off June 17 with winemaker Ray Coursen from Elyse Winery. Additional dates / winemakers will be announced. Each dinner costs $95 plus tax and gratuity.
Cedar Houseand#8217;s Summer Hiking Series kicks off on the Rubicon Trail June 18. Each hike includes an engaging professional guide knowledgeable in flora and geology, Stella Endurance Lunch, and transportation. The cost is $65 to 85 per person depending on location. Hikes include Ellis Peak July 2, Shirley Canyon July 23, Mountain Judah Loop Aug. 27 and Donner Summit to Squaw on Sept. 3. Reserve your place for a summer adventure today (space is limited). The Village at Northstar Wine Walk Series happens the final Saturday of each month, 2:30-5:30 p.m.
