TAHOE/TRUCKEE andamp;#8212; Tahoe Symphony Orchestra and Chorus, TOCCATA, continues its seventh anniversary Winter MusicFest with the andamp;#8220;Brrroque Mastersandamp;#8221; concert series March 8-16. The program features guest cellist Jeffrey Lastrapes performing Five Pieces for cello and strings by Francois Couperin, and several unaccompanied selections. Violinist Virginia Bowman joins Lastrapes for Vivaldiandamp;#8217;s Concerto in B flat for violin and cello RV 547. Guest violinist Brune Macary performs Vivaldiandamp;#8217;s Winter Concerto from the Four Seasons. The second half of the program includes Scarlattiandamp;#8217;s secular cantata Su le sponde del tebro a tour de force for Mark Lord, baroque trumpet and Joy Strotz, soprano. Organist David Brock interprets Hndelandamp;#8217;s Concerto for Organ Op. 4 #5. The concert culminates with selections of J. S. Bachandamp;#8217;s Cantata #147 andamp;#8220;Jesu, Joy of Manandamp;#8217;s Desiring,andamp;#8221; featuring Anna Helwing, soprano and Stuart Duke, baritone. Maestro James Rawie will conduct all performances. The series kickoff is Thursday, March 8 at West Shore Caf in Homewood. Appetizers and wine start at 4:30 p.m., the concert at 5 p.m., and a Chefandamp;#8217;s Special four-course dinner with three gourmet wines starts at 7 p.m. Tickets for concert and dinner are $110 and limited to 60 people. Concert without dinner package is $45. The other performances are Sunday, March 11 at 3 p.m. in St. Theresaandamp;#8217;s Catholic Church in South Lake Tahoe; Wednesday, March 14 at 7 p.m. in Trinity Church, Reno, Nev. and Friday, March 16 at 7 p.m. in St. Patrickandamp;#8217;s Church, Incline Village, Nev.Tickets are $25 adults, $20 seniors, and $5 students age 19-25. Tickets can be purchased at the door with cash or check or online with credit card. Preferred seating is available for $35. TOCCATAandamp;#8217;s seventh anniversary season is supported by the Kling Family and Parasol Foundations which also allows all students 18 and under to enter TOCCATA regular season concerts at no charge.TOCCATAandamp;#8217;s season continues with performances of J.
