Truckee Home andamp; Building Show CATT announces Green Brick Road Game, speakers and topics

TAHOE/TRUCKEE, Calif. andamp;#8212;The Contractors Association of Truckee Tahoe (CATT) is again sponsoring a free game with raffle at the 19th Annual Truckee Home andamp; Building Show. andamp;#8220;Follow the Green Brick Road,andamp;#8221; now in its second year, is geared for show visitors attending Memorial Day Weekend, May 28 and 29, at the Truckee High School, 11725 Donner Pass Road, Truckee. Show visitors may pick up a game board at the CATT Green Brick Road booth #57 and then stop at six CATT member booths or more and one Green Building seminar of their choice. After completing those stops, show visitors will be entered into a drawing for prizes. Drawings will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Winners do not need to be present to win. Free raffle entries with all Green Brick Road Contest entries. Raffle prizes are donated by Green Brick Road Booth Participants. CATT is pleased to announce the lineup of speakers and topics for the 5th Annual andamp;#8220;Green Building Symposium,andamp;#8221; one feature of the 19th Annual Truckee Home andamp; Building Show. Attendance at the Symposium is free with Show admission.CATT organized the topics and speakers to coincide with the Green Building focus of the Show. The 11 speakers cover a wide range of topics, starting at 11 a.m. with the new Energy Upgrade California financing program and ending at 4 p.m. with Defensible Space. Each speaker has a 20 minute segment. Many of the speakers are also Show exhibitors. All speakers will deliver their presentations in the center of the South Display Room.CATT Executive Director Pat Davison said, andamp;#8220;We hope homeowners can take advantage of the wide variety of topics to become more informed about green programs, products, and new technologies.
