Learn how to keep your business running smoothly with Plumas Bank and the Sierra College Northeastern Small Business Development Center (SBDC).

Director of the Sierra College Small Business Development Center, Indria Gillespie and Plumas Bankand#8217;s Debbie Sajdak, business development officer of the Tahoe City and Kings Beach offices, invite the Lake Tahoe communities to participate in the second of the and#8220;Women in Businessand#8221; series community forums. Gillespie and Sajdak will discuss how to create/re-evaluate your business plan, develop your marketing plan, build a strong financial plan and craft an exit plan.

This free forum is scheduled for Wednesday, July 15, from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Sawtooth Ridge Cafe in Tahoe City, 877 North Lake Blvd. Seating is limited and#8212; contact Sajdak at Plumas Bank at 581-2857 ext. 1010.

Placer County will be conducting a series of North Lake Tahoe public information forums, June 30 at 5:30 p.m. at the North Tahoe Events Center on a number of topics including the Kings Beach Commercial Core Improvement Project, the County budget and delivery of County services, CEP projects and the proposed county government center, among others.

Provide your perspective and receive information. Representatives of the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency, North Tahoe Public Utility District, and North Tahoe Fire Protection District will also be available to address issues. This will be the first of several forums this summer and fall.
