Police investigate death of Tahoe City business owner

TAHOE CITY “-The Placer County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of longtime Tahoe City business owner Kendrick Hooper, who died in the Hooper Real Estate office in Tahoe City on Monday.
Placer County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Allan Carter said there is no indication of untoward circumstances or foul play in regards to the death.
Placer County officials have said that due to the sensitive nature of the case, they will declined to comment further until the Coroner’s Office issues a death certificate.
