April 2

At 1 a.m. on South Shore Drive police responded to a fight between a boyfriend and girlfriend, and arrested the boyfriend for alleged domestic battery.

At 6:20 p.m. on West River Street police stopped a vehicle and arrested the driver for alleged driving under the influence.

At 6:20 p.m. on West River Street police responded to a verbal argument between a boyfriend and a girlfriend.

April 3

At 10:45 a.m. on Church Street a person reported her estranged husband had allegedly entered her vehicle and taken her property. Police found the subject and cited him for theft.

At 1:35 p.m. a person reported a package delivered while they weren’t home stolen.

At 2:10 p.m. on Pioneer Trail police stopped a vehicle for an alleged code violation, and found the driver allegedly was driving on a suspended license.

At 4:30 p.m. on Pine Avenue a person found a wine bottle with what appeared to be a rag stuffed in the top lying next to the hospital.

At 8 p.m. on Estates Drive police arrested a subject for an outstanding warrant.

April 4

At 2 p.m. on Donner Pass Road a business owner reported theft from his store.

April 5

At midnight a business reported a person was allegedly refusing to leave and causing a disturbance. Police contacted the person and found he was allegedly too intoxicated he wasn’t able to care for his own safety.

At 3:15 a.m. on Deerfield Drive police stopped a driver for alleged erratic driving and driving under the influence.

At 9:50 p.m. on Brockway Road police stopped a vehicle reported for possible driving under the influence, and the passenger was allegedly seen concealing an open can of beer.

April 6

At 1 p.m. on Interstate 80 California Highway Patrol contacted two people with a broken down car who had allegedly been fighting since Pittsburg Ca. The girfriend was arrested for domestic battery.

April 7

At 1:45 a.m. on Donner Pass Road a person was arrested for the alleged violation of a domestic violence court order.

At 9 a.m. on Donner Pass Road police responded to a person detained by an employee for allegedly stealing alcohol. The subject was arrested.

At 12:45 p.m. on Cold Stream Road police stopped a vehicle for alleged vehicle code violation and found the driver’s license to be suspended. The passenger was also arrested on a parole hold.
