STATELINE, Nev. ” Douglas County authorities say a tip from a neighbor led to the arrest of a Stateline man on multiple marijuana drug charges.

Authorities say 39-year-old Scott David Haas turned himself in last week. Officers began investigating after a neighbor reported smelling marijuana.

Investigators say they found 64 marijuana plants in the basement of Haas’ home.

Officers say further investigation led to searches of two other homes in South Lake Tahoe allegedly used by Hass.

Investigators say they found a dismantled growing operation at one house, and 11 pounds of processed marijuana at another.
