Resort association looks for applicants

TAHOE CITY ” The North Lake Tahoe Resort Association is accepting applications for six open positions on its Marketing Committee, along with open positions on its Chamber of Commerce Advisory and Finance Committees.

The NLTRA Marketing Committee is made up of board members, six appointed lay (community) members and a Placer County CEO representative. Lay members are selected based on their relevant marketing experience, geographic area and industry representation. New committee members will take their seat at the Jan. 27 committee meeting following appointment by the NLTRA Board of Directors at their Jan. 7 meeting.

Individuals interested for consideration need to submit a letter of interest and qualifications to NLTRA Administrative Assistant Whitney Parks by Monday, Dec. 29, via email,, or by mail at Attention: Marketing Committee Application, P.O. Box 5459, Tahoe City, CA 96145.

The Association operates the North Lake Tahoe Chamber of Commerce and the Tahoe North Convention and Visitors Bureau, and is a partner with the Incline Village Crystal Bay Visitors Bureau in the North Lake Tahoe Marketing Cooperative.
