Schools close Monday for snow day
ALL |
Tahoe-Truckee Unified School District administrators canceled classes Monday because of dangerous road conditions. Some plowed roads were too narrow, “creating a hazardous situation for students waiting for the buses …,” said Trustee Jo Lynn Wilson. With a snow advisory in effect today, the district will wait until 5:30 this morning before deciding whether to hold classes.
