Shepard earns master’s, Agnew inducted into honor society

Stephanie (Bundy) Shepherd, wife of Josh Shepherd, daughter of Andy and Chris Otto of Truckee, graduated from University of Hawaii earning a Master’s of Education in Educational Technology.

Stephanie earned her degree while being employed as a teacher at Pa’auilo Elementary School, north of Hilo on Hawaii’s Big Island. She graduated from Truckee High School in 1999, and University of Nevada, Reno earning her bachelor’s degree in education in 2003.

Danielle Sage McKenney Agnew was deemed one of the “Best in Business” as an inductee to Sam Houston State University’s James E. Gilmore chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma, an international honor society for business programs.

Agnew, a senior finance and banking major, is the daughter of Phil McKenney, of Tahoe City, and Beverly and Harry Bartolomei, of Kings Beach.

While at SHSU, she participates in the Finance and Banking Club and the Honors Program. She is also an active member of Fellowship of The Woodlands, serving as a small group member and technical team volunteer.
