TRUCKEE, Calif. — Sierra College Tahoe Truckee presents an emporium of handcrafted wares by local fine artists and crafts people at the third annual Handmade Sierra Holiday Fine Arts and Crafts Show today, Dec 7, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. in campus. Sponsored by the College’s student art club, the festive event will include music, food, and a variety of artworks for sale in all price ranges. Wrong-way driver in fatal crash still recovering


The wrong-way driver involved in the Nov. 20 crash that killed two children and two adults will be charged with multiple counts of murder and gross vehicular manslaughter, Nevada County District Attorney Jesse Wilson said.
