Sierra Sothebyand#8217;s acquires Intero Real Estate in Incline

INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. and#8212; Sothebyand#8217;s International Realty has purchased the Incline Village office of Intero Real Estate Services, officials announced Monday.

According to a Sothebyand#8217;s press release, the location will now operate under the name Sierra Sothebyand#8217;s International Realty, under the direction of Lake Tahoe Realtor Vince Scott, who had run the Intero branch.

and#8220;As Lake Tahoe continues to grow and develop, it is enjoying an even greater prominence around the world, making our affiliation with the Sothebyand#8217;s International Realty brand all the more important and timely to our customers,and#8221; said Scott in a statement. and#8220;We now have a broader reach and more exposure to sophisticated buyers and sellers around the world. Operating under the Sothebyand#8217;s International Realty brand will provide clients with exceptional service and results that they canand#8217;t find anywhere else.and#8221;

There are now three SSIR offices, with locations in Squaw Valley and Zephyr Cove, according to the press release, employing 47 professional real estate brokers serving clients selling or purchasing a home anywhere in the Lake Tahoe area, as well as the surrounding areas of Reno, Carson Valley and Truckee (in both California and Nevada).
