Snyder, Timothy James

Born in Encino, Calif., on Nov. 14, 1962, Timothy James Snyder passed away in Carnelian Bay on July 7, 2007, at the age of 44. Tim spent his early years in Orange County, Calif., graduating from Fountain Valley High School and Cal State Fullerton.

The last 13 years of his life he lived in the Lake Tahoe area, Carnelian Bay, where he worked various jobs related to tourism, including restaurants, bars, and ski resorts.

Tim enjoyed the outdoor lifestyle and became a proficient downhill skier. He made friends easily and had a great personality. He traveled extensively throughout the world and enjoyed the good life.



Tim is survived by his mother, Gayle McGough of Los Gatos, Calif.; his father and stepmother, Fred and Christy Snyder of North Tustin, Calif.; brother Mark Snyder of Fountain Valley, Calif.; and his uncle and aunt, Steve and Linda Snyder of Fountain Valley, Calif. Most of his extended family resides in Southern California.

Tim was a loving son and brother and loyal friend and will be sorely missed.



A memorial will follow at a later date.
