South Lake Tahoe cop arrested for suspected DUI

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE “-A veteran South Lake Tahoe police officer has been placed on administrative leave after getting arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence last week.

Nevada Highway Patrol officers arrested Sgt. Jeff Reagan in Carson City at about 4:10 a.m. on April 16, said Nevada Highway Patrol spokesman Chuck Allen.

An e-mail from City Manager David Jinkens to city council members said Police Chief Terry Daniels placed Reagan on administrative leave following the incident.
