Still no details in death of Tahoma woman

El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office detectives are still waiting for autopsy test results to investigate the suspicious death of a Tahoma woman.

Sheila Ann Hanley, 50, died inside her home Aug. 30 from a gunshot wound. Investigators are unsure if it was a suicide or homicide, said Larry Olsen, El Dorado County detective and Tahoe deputy coroner.

Detectives called Hanley’s death suspicious. No arrests have been made in the case.



Olsen said he still waiting for toxicology and lab results from the autopsy, but that it might still be a few more weeks.
