Donner Trail

By participating in our environmental programs like Yuba River Day when we do river and school ground restoration. I liked the Blind Trail the best because every time you got to a knot on the rope, you had to feel or smell an object to guess what it was.-

My favorite activity was our overnight field trip to San Francisco. We got to sleep outside in tents at the San Francisco Zoo. The only bad part was that the peacocks were really loud in the morning and they woke me up.

I want to be an emergency room doctor when I grow up, because my Daddy is one and I think what he does is cool. He gets to do surgery and he helps people who get hurt.

My favorite book that I read this year is Eragon. I liked it because it had a lot of adventure in it. My favorite character in the book was Safera because she was a smart and lovable dragon.

Play outside. I like to dig tunnels in the snow.

The Sun’s Christine Stanley conducted this week’s “Teacher of the Week” and “Student of the Week” interviews. Please check out next Monday’s issue for more.
