Harlee was welcomed by proud uncle Justin Atchley as well as maternal grandparents Bill Atchley, Kelly Atchley and Susan Erhardt of Tahoe City, and great grandmother Annelies Atchley of Tiburon, Calif. Paternal grandparents are Jim Davis and Pam Beene and great grandmother Jacqueline Davis of Roseville, Calif.
