The evidence-based programs developed by Stanford University School of Medicine will take place by way of two six-week sessions, in which attendees will learn about decision-making, how to become a self-manager, understanding common symptoms, managing your medications and more.

First up is the Chronic Disease Self-Management Class, taking place Wednesdays, Feb. 24 to March 30, from 5-7:30 p.m.

Next is Diabetes Self-Management Class, on Wednesdays, April 20 to May 25 from 5-7:30 p.m.

Charlotte Hoffman, Jackie Griffin and Reyna Sanchez will facilitate the classes, each of which are limited to 15 participants. Call 530-582-3587 to register.
