Tahoe real estate: Donovan reps Chase at Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate
INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. — Kerry Donovan, of Chase International’s Donovan Group, was among a select group chosen to celebrate Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate’s 30th anniversary last month in Aspen, Colo.
The annual fall gathering of the elite international network gave real estate professionals from around the world the opportunity to connect and share industry insights. During the event, Donovan was honored with the Significant Sales Award. To date, the Donovan Group represented the sale of the most expensive property in Incline Village in 2016.
The annual fall conference took place at the St. Regis Aspen. Donovan noted that one of the highlights was the panel discussion “Industry Legends: Lessons Learned from 30+ Years in Real Estate” and “30 Something: The Next Generation of Real Estate Innovators,” which together juxtaposed two generations of agents and their respective insights into the luxury real estate market.
“The global connections with our colleagues in attendance, from Aspen to Italy, provide a unique forum to show case our listings and build relationships for future luxury buyer opportunities,” Donovan said. “Most valuable were the round table interactions with our colleagues from Hawaii, Carmel and other comparable resort locations discussing the current markets and opportunities.”
The conference also hosted an excursion to the gorgeous Maroon Bells in the Elk Mountains as well as a tour of some of Aspen’s most distinguished listings. One of the featured homes was the $30,000 per night vacation rental owned by actor Kevin Costner.
