Tahoe real estate: Incline at Tahoe rebrands as Sun Bear Realty
INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. — Incline at Tahoe announced recently it has officially rebranded its 20-year-old business to “Sun Bear Realty and Property Management.”
“Although the name is new, nothing else has changed,” said Blane Johnson, founder and owner of the former Incline at Tahoe Realty. “Our clients will continue to receive the same exceptional service that we strive to offer our residents and visitors each and every day. Our re-branding and name change comes with our continued passion to retain a strong presence in the Lake Tahoe region in the real estate, property management, and vacation and long term rental business.”
Sun Bear is one of the largest long and short term rental agencies in the area that represents just under 300 managed properties. Sun Bear’s real estate division assists Buyers and Sellers in the luxury, affordable, first time home owner, and vacation home investment markets.
“As we look toward the future, our quest is to enhance our existing property options with a greater presence in the luxury market; all of which is right on the trends of the continued arrival of some of America’s finest ski resort operators and attractive tax benefits that come with living in the state of Nevada,” said Johnson.
As the founder and owner of Sun Bear Realty and Property Management, and former owner of Incline at Tahoe for over 20 years, Johnson decided that it was time for a change and new image that comes on the cusps of his company’s continued growth and financial success.
“The name Sun Bear was created by my wife, Linda, and myself. Over the course of time our former name, Incline at Tahoe, became confusing and sounded like every other real estate or vacation rental in town,” Johnson said. “We started the process of rebranding by choosing visuals that are common to the area — thus the ‘bear’ and ‘sun.’ When all was said and done, the new name was unique to the web, and a good warm and friendly fit for our enhanced direction to build a larger portfolio of properties in the luxury market.”
