Tahoe real estate: New Truckee business brokerage company launches
TRUCKEE, Calif. — Business Opportunity Brokers embarks as the only full-service business brokerage in the Lake Tahoe and Truckee area.
Officially launched Aug. 1, 2016, Business Opportunity Brokers provides expert services for both buyers and sellers looking to streamline their business ownership transition.
Business Opportunity Brokers is licensed in California and Nevada and already has listings from Reno in the east to Grass Valley in the west and from Sierra City in the north to Sonora in the south, with many in between.
Business Opportunity Brokers is comprised of an experienced team of Real Estate professionals who are ready, willing and able to assist in buying or selling a business in California and Nevada.
Karen Norris, a CPA, certified business valuator and founding partner said, “I am happy to announce to the Truckee-Tahoe region that we have created Business Opportunity Brokers, which we have affectionately abbreviated to BOB. This company has a team of highly talented professionals dedicated to serving small business owners with their transition needs.”
Norris brings more than 25 years of business brokerage experience to this new and unique local business.
She added, “Business Opportunity Brokers will provide business owners with the worth or value of their business. We can do this in preparation of a sale, or we can provide this to an owner who is curious about what their business is worth in the marketplace — maybe just thinking about a sale in the future.”
If a business owner decides to sell, BOB is experienced in marketing the business for sale. This can be done in a confidential manner or with a public listing. BOB has a vast array of marketing resources to fit the needs of any owner and any situation.
Ron Hemig, a local real estate broker with 23 years of experience and a leading partner on this team of business marketing experts, said, “Our mission and vision is to provide superior customer service, innovative business practices and leading edge technology — all geared to providing each client with a ’Wow!’ experience and fulfilling their needs and desires.”
Hemig continued, “We also help people who want to buy a business. We can either help find a business to purchase or assist in evaluating a business that you may be looking to buy. Our services include valuation, negotiation of terms, financing assistance and transition assistance.”
BOB also specializes in selling commercial real estate. Many times the business owner also owns their building. BOB can handle this portion of the transaction as well. It is unique to be experts in both real estate and business sales.
The BOB team includes Karen Norris, Ron Hemig, Jessica Barton, Jim Hemig and Connor Marshall. Together, this group creates an incredible mix of talent that includes vast real estate knowledge, financial background, traditional and online marketing know-how and sales experience, as well as leading-edge technology expertise.
Business Opportunity Brokers is currently offering to provide any new customer a free consultation regarding the services this new company offers.
