Tahoe real estate: Sierra Sotheby’s adds Scott Tieche to Incline office
INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. — Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce the addition of real estate broker Scott Tieche to its leadership team as new Managing Broker of the Incline Village office.
“Scott brings a high level of senior brokerage management experience to the Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty family,” says Anne Wulff, Director of Operations. “Having worked with him over the years, we are confident that he is a good fit for our organization. He’s fair, knowledgeable and well respected among his peers.”
As an active member of various committees within both the Incline Village / Crystal Bay Board of Realtors and the Tahoe Sierra Board of Realtors on the California side of Lake Tahoe, Tieche brings a wealth of experience to the Managing Broker role.
He was recently elected as the chairman of the Incline Village / Crystal Bay Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and is actively involved with public policy and local government relations within the respective boards as well.
“As a partner in an independently owned North Tahoe boutique office for 23 years, I recently decided it was time to align myself with a reputable and internationally recognized organization that could offer a higher level of exposure for both me and my client base,” says Tieche. “After a period of evaluating several options, I concluded that Sotheby’s International Realty is utilizing and also pioneering the best technologies for real estate.”
Tieche has lived at Lake Tahoe for over 35 years. Both he and his partner of 33 years, Ann Nichols, are active outdoors people who enjoy many of the activities the Sierra affords alongside their German Shepherd dogs. Together, they look forward to this next chapter.
