Tahoe Truckee Sunshine: Thanks to Geoffrey Beene

Tahoe Forest Hospice Thrift Stores and Tahoe Forest Hospice Program would like thank the Geoffrey Beene store and Donna Ryan, site manager, for their generous donation to Tahoe Forest Hospice Thrift Store in Truckee. Hospice volunteer Paula Mcalavey in coordination with Donna Ryan worked very hard to arrange the donation of more than 1,200 pieces of brand new apparel from the Geoffrey Beene store that closed in the Truckee outlet mall. We thank them both for their hard work and for keeping this donation local and benefiting the Hospice Program in our community.

The donation will increase retail sales and profits from Tahoe Forest Hospice Thrift Stores and helps provide hospice services for patients in the Truckee/Tahoe area, including Incline Village, and Plumas and Sierra Counties.

We are very appreciative of Hospice volunteer Paula Mcalavey and the generosity of Donna Ryan and Geoffrey Beene.
