Tahoe wildlife forum slated for January to talk coyotes, bears

INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. and#8212; The Lake Tahoe community is invited to attend the Tahoe Wildlife Forum on Thursday, Jan. 28, 2010, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the Tahoe Center for Environmental Sciences at 291 County Club Drive in Incline Village.

This event, hosted by TCES, the Parasol Environment Team and Incline Village General Improvement District Waste Not Programs, includes the screening of two films, on coyotes and bears, respectivey, before opening it up to a panel discussion forum.

The tentative panel lineup includes: Madonna Dunbar, IVGID Resource Conservationist; Rebecca Sawyer Williams, IVGID Resource Conservation Technician; Ann Bryant, Director of the BEAR League; and Cheryl Millman, Director of the Lake Tahoe Wildlife Center, with with additional anticipated representation by the Nevada Department of Wildlife, Washoe County Sheriffand#8217;s Department and Washoe County Community Outreach.
