Truckee police logs for week of March 24-30
TRUCKEE, Calif. and#8212; The following are reports from the Truckee Police Department for the week of March 24-30.
At 1:35 p.m. on Brockway Road police responded to a two-vehicle non-injury collision.
At 2:20 p.m. on Pioneer Trail police stopped a vehicle for code violations and found the driver was allegedly under the influence, and had allegedly falsified the registration on the vehicle. Police arrested the driver and impounded the vehicle.

At 1 p.m. on Donner Pass Road police responded to a two-vehicle non-injury collision.
At 8:20 p.m. on Donner Pass Road police stopped a vehicle for code violations and found the driver to allegedly be in possession of a face ID and marijuana.
At 2:15 a.m. on Church Street police stopped a vehicle for code violations and arrested the driver for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.
At 10:35 a.m. on Brockway Road police had a vehicle towed.
At 5:50 p.m. on Old Highway Drive police located people allegedly living in a residence when they were not supposed to be. The property owner wanted them out of the residence.
At 7:20 p.m. on Deerfield Drive police arrested a person for allegedly attempting to evade law enforcement and public intoxication.
At 11:45 p.m. on Donner Pass Road a person was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence.
At 5 p.m. on Waters Way a juvenile allegedly intentionally discharged an air soft gun, hitting several other juveniles while they were playing. The parent who reported her children shot declined to file criminal charges.
At midnight on Highway 89 police stopped a vehicle for code violations and arrested the driver for allegedly driving under the influence.
At 1 a.m. on Donner Pass Road a bar reported they had kicked out an intoxicated patron for allegedly smoking marijuana inside and he was allegedly yelling at the business from the sidewalk. Police found the subject in possession of a false ID and was arrested.
At 1:35 a.m. on Donner Pass Road police stopped a vehicle for code violations and arrested the driver for allegedly driving under the influence.
At 9:45 p.m. on Bridge Street two people were arrested for allegedly trespassing at a local business.
At 12:15 p.m. on Alder Creek Road police contacted and arrested a person with an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
At 1:45 p.m. on Donner Pass Road a parking enforcement officer witnessed a subject allegedly urinating in public Police located the subject and issued a municipal code violation citation.
At 11:55 p.m. on Dorchester Drive police responded to a reported violation of a restraining order.
At 2 a.m. on Donner Pass Road two male adult transients were found at a closed business, allegedly claiming they had permission to stay the night. Police contacted the owner, who denied having given permission, and the two were cited for misdemeanor trespassing.
