TRUCKEE andamp;#8212; Below are incidents taken from the Truckee Police Department’s daily press log for Sept. 15-22, in addition to previously unrecorded incidents reported during the time period.Driving under the influence: 3Accidents: 4Sept. 15Restraining order: At 10:50 a.m. on Waters Way, a known suspect willfully and knowingly violated a domestic restraining order by approaching a victim at her place of residence. The suspect was taken into custody and booked at the Nevada County Sheriffandamp;#8217;s Office Jail in Truckee.Sept. 19Vandalism: At 6 p.m. on Northwoods Boulevard a local golf course was vandalized and had items stolen from it.Vandalism: At 6 p.m. on Donner Pass Road, a doorway was vandalized at a business.Attempted burglary: At 12 a.m. on Skislope Way, an auto burglary failed after the burglars were scared off by a car alarm.Sept. 20Church robbery: At 12:36 a.m. on E Street, an officer responded to several subjects spraying a fire extinguisher at several vehicles. The subjects were located, detained and found to be in possession of several items taken from a local church. After further investigation, officers determined two different churches were broken into and the subjects being detained were responsible. All three suspects were booked into the Nevada County Jail in Truckee for burglary and felony vandalism.Theft: At 3 p.m. on Donner Pass Road, a business owner reported a stolen lawnmower.
