Truckee police logs, Sept. 7-15

The following are Truckee Police reports from the week of Sept. 7-15.

Sept. 7

At 2 p.m. on Donnington Lane in the Glenshire neighborhood an adult son was arrested after allegedly assaulting his mother and causing serious bodily injury.



Sept. 8

At 3 a.m. on Glacier View Drive police were notified of fraudulent on-line personal checks and fraudulent use of an access card to obtain goods and services.



Sept. 10

At 1 p.m. at the Donner Pass Road and Highway 89 intersection officer reported a two vehicle, non-injury collision.

At 6 p.m. Placer County Sheriff’s Office sent a courtesy report to notifying officers of stolen construction equipment located outside town limits off Highway 89 south of West River Street.

At 6:25 p.m. on Palisades Drive, a husband reported his ex-wife was in violation of a court order.

At 7:17 p.m. on Brockway Road a subject was arrested by officers after allegedly driving under the influence.

Sept. 11

At 12:46 a.m. at the intersection of Donner Pass Road and Church Street a subject was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence.

At 12:46 a.m. at the intersection of Donner Pass Road and Church Street a subject was arrested for alleged public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

At 10 p.m. on Henness Road a pipe bomb was reported to have been used to blow a hole in the grass of a golf course.

Sept. 12

At 8:15 a.m. on Donner Pass Road in the downtown area, a resident reported property damage after a hit-and-run accident by another vehicle.

At 9 a.m. on Highway 89 at East Alder Creek a victim came to the Nevada County Sheriff’s Office to report her boyfriend was stalking her, had threatened to slit her throat, and had held her against her will at a campsite just north of town limits early that day. The suspect was located at the sheriff’s office waiting for his girl friend and was booked for criminal threats.

At 12:55 p.m. on St. Bernard Drive in the Tahoe Donner neighborhood a couch was reported abandoned in a resident’s driveway by an unknown suspect.

Sept. 13.

At 7:42 a.m. on Donner Pass Road a juvenile was found in possession of marijuana.

At 9:28 a.m. on Deerfield Drive a subject was arrested by police after going into a restaurant where his ex-wife was employed, a direct violation of a restrainment court order.

At 9:30 a.m. on Donner Pass Road a five-year-old child was reported missing at a school site but later found to be taken home by parents.

At 10 a.m. on Donner Pass Road a woman lost her wallet when she left it on top of her car.

At 4 p.m. A mother reported that a restrained subject had contacted her child at football practice in violation of a domestic violence court order.

At 9 p.m. on Jeffrey Pine Road a Truckee resident reported vandalism to his vehicle.

At 12:55 p.m. on Ski Slope Way an individual reported harassment from a parent.

Sept. 14

At 11:45 a.m. on Pioneer Trail a laptop was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

Sept. 15

At 10 a.m. on Alder Drive a juvenile was found with a 2.5-inch locking blade before being cited and released to a parent.

At 9 p.m. on West River Street Officers were told to be on the look out for a subject involved in a domestic violence incident having an active arrest warrant in Nevada. The subject was located and told to contact the Sparks police department for a statement.
