TRUCKEE, Calif. andamp;#8212; Below are incidents taken from the Truckee Police Departmentandamp;#8217;s daily press log for Sept. 8-15, in addition to previously unrecorded incidents reported during the time period.Driving under the influence: 1Accidents: 4Sept. 8Grand theft: At 3:30 a.m. on Village Way unknown suspects took jewelry from a victimandamp;#8217;s house without reporting it.Annoying calls: At 10:30 p.m. a reporting party informed police he was receiving threatening text messages from an unknown suspect.Sept. 9Marijuana: At 9 p.m. at the intersection of Winchester Court and Lance Drive two subjects were contacted by police. Both admitted to have been smoking marijuana. The juvenile subject was on probation and returned to juvenile hall. The adult subject was cited for possession of marijuana.Sept. 12Auto burglary: At 2:30 p.m. reporting party informed police her passenger side window had been broken and $35 removed from her center consul while her vehicle was parked at an unknown trailhead.Auto burglary: At 6 p.m. at an unknown location a reporting party informed police his window was broken and a video camera and keys had been stolen out of his car.Previous incidentSept. 1Vandalism: At 12:01 a.m. on Donner Pass Road unknown subjects tagged a few newspaper stands.
